ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT.

This is a multi function retail position working in a sales capacity as well as assisting the Store Manager in the daily running, administration and management of our Greenwich, CT store.

The ideal candidate will be smart, personable, and self motivated, with an open mind to learn and an ability and eagerness to take on responsibility.  Someone polished and fashion conscious, who can think and act creatively, and who is totally trustworthy and loyal.

Qualities we are looking for :

• 2-3 years retail sales experience, preferably in women’s fashion.


• Strong sales ability, with the confidence to meet sales goals.


• An ability to build relationships with customers and develop a clientele portfolio.


• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills supporting a team environment.


• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization and delegation skills.


• A creative and independent individual, who is proud of what they do, and particular and detail oriented in how they carry out their tasks.


• Excellent time management/project skills.


• Familiar with Retail Pro and POS systems is a plus.


• An ability to prove yourself and show that you can become a key member of our growing company.
