Placing an Order

All Christopher Fischer products on this site are categorized as Men, Women, Home, Baby and Gifts. Simply choose a section to view the products we offer on-line. Within each category you will have the opportunity to shop by style, by color or to call a personal shopper.

If you choose to shop by color, click on one of the listed colors. You will be then taken to our color page. Here, you can pick from the available styles in that color, or select another color.

If you choose a style, you will be directly taken to our style details page where you can view details of the Image, a brief description, the price and A list of available colors. You can also click on the size chart, which will Pop up to help you select your size. If you feel you are not sure of a particular color? No Problem, just click on one of the colored squares to view the same style in another color.

Ready to Purchase? Use the drop down list to choose a size then fill in the quantity.Then click on the Order button to add the item to the shopping cart.

In the summary page you can view all the items in your shopping cart. Want to continue shopping? No problem, just click Continue Shopping and we will hold the items you have already selected in the Cart during this session.

If you are ready to purchase your items, you can review your selections, in case you wish to make any change and you can also select the gift wrap option. When you are ready to proceed, simply click on the "check out" button.

If you already have an account with us, just type in your email and password. For new customers, we ask you to sign in and submit an email address and enter your first and last name.

Once you are signed in we will ask for your shipping address. You can also select your shipping method and an additional shipping address. Remember to check "use this address for billing" if your credit card information matches your shipping address.

With christopherfischer.com, you can link different shipping addresses to any particular item in your shopping cart. You can enter up to 3 different shipping addresses, and you will have the opportunity to review the items in your cart and link them to any one of these addresses with a pull down menu.

Click continue, and add your billing address if it is different from the shipping address that you have specified. In the payment section we give you the option to save your credit card details to your account. You will always have the option to change credit card information in your account.

Before finalizing your order, we will detail a full order summary, giving you a last opportunity to make any changes. An order confirmation of your final order will be sent to your email address automatically.

Tracking Order

We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, we will also send you a shipping confirmation via E-mail including the UPS tracking number of your package.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping and Handling:

Christopher Fischer will strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Expected domestic transit times are as follows:

(Based upon orders being received by noon EST.)

Each address you ship to is considered a different order and subject to separate applicable shipping charges.

Domestic Freight/Handling Fees Chart:

- Does not include Sat. delivery
- AK, HI: add $5 to ground rate

International Shipping and Handling:

To all international shipment outside of the United States, please contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-888-CF-GOATS or our Customer Service Representative will contact you directly to confirm the delivery charge for your shipment.

All custom charges and local sales taxes required upon importation into any country outside of the United States, are the responsibility of the recipient of the purchase and should be payable directly to UPS at the destination.

Returns

Articles may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, in their original condition and with packaging intact. Prior to the return, you must obtain Return Authorization # by contacting our customer service representative on 1-888-CF-GOATS or emailing us at customerservice@christopherfischer.com, All returns must be sent by UPS or FedEx.

If any articles are defective, contact our customer service representative to verify this and arrange for the articles to be returned or exchanged.
